Dr Gordon Good or Bad

The traps come alive. Is it really the "Final Chapter"?

I'm pretty sure he learned from the affair. But I'm curious. If Jill had managed to escape the RBT, would he get back at Jill? I mean revenge is a dish best served cold. And since the cop that knew Hoffman died. That Dr. Gordon would set her up as Jigsaw so she gets in jail.

[quote="Hoffman killed jill so now it's dr gordon's turn to give the consenquences to hoffman.
I wonder if jill had never died, than what would john have planned for gordon to do with hoffman ?[/quote]

I don't think that Gordon would've had to kill Hoffman (in my opinion he's as good as dead, r.i.p) if he hadn't killed Jill. He would've just proceded to flee the country or whatever he had planed and if someone should learn to let go, it's him. I mean, yes Jigsaw is dead but he sould have know better than killing his ex... He knew that Jigsaw still cared about Jill. and yes, i know! she tried to kill him and revenge and stuff but i still think he should've know better!
Right now you're feeling helpless.

Gordon's character after Saw 1 just makes no sense. Why would he suddenly go evil and help Jigsaw? What happened to his family?

He was ready to kill Jigsaw in Saw 1 but then suddenly changed his mind after he helped him? And why does Jigsaw value him so much ("greatest asset")?

It just seemed like they wanted a cool twist and brought Gordon back even if it was silly. Not a very believable apprentice compared to Amanda and Hoffman..

In my opinion, Dr. Gordon was the only one who truly learned the lesson and the only one who could keep John's legacy. So, I don't think he is "bad" (and he did what John wanted him to do).
