Not yet, but I plan to. I already bought the perfect domain name for it. Once I know I will get a good flow of traffic, then I will get hosting and begin to create my website. I think I'll use Dreamweaver for it.

Is it worth running a server at your home and hosting your own website, or is that too much trouble?

I will add a forum there too. I'm deciding between phpBB or vBulletin. phpBB is by far the best free one but I heard that vBulletin has more to offer and you do ultimately get what you paid for. I'll have to tinker around with both ACP's just to see which one I feel most comfortable with.

Depends how much you want to spend
They can be relatively easy to have at your house.

Id recommend you to use phpbb.
Its Free and you can easily add new Addons to it.

Also you should get a hosting provider
Theres lots of cheep ones around. i can recommend you a host, thats 1.99$ Monthly.
